About Balanced Bodies Marietta

Balanced Bodies: Longevity + Wellness Clinic opened on Ernest W. Barrett Parkway in October 2025. We are a single, independently owned clinic serving Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, Powder Springs, Dallas and West Cobb — one location, one team, and the same faces every visit.

In our first year we’ve grown mostly by word of mouth, and we currently hold a 5.0 rating across more than 100 Google reviews.

We opened Balanced Bodies because we kept running into the same gap. Modern medicine is built to react to problems once they’ve already arrived — it’s very good at that — but far less equipped for the years beforehand, when energy, sleep, strength and body composition start slipping and patients are told it’s just part of getting older. Longevity care starts earlier than that: measuring what’s actually happening in your body, acting on it while there’s still room to act, and helping you feel and function well for as long as possible.

How we practice

We start by testing. Blood work is drawn here in our Marietta office, or at LabCorp if that’s more convenient, and your provider goes through the results with you — what’s out of range, what it means, and what can be done about it. If what we offer isn’t the right fit for you, we’ll tell you that too.

From there, your plan is built around your labs, your history and your goals, and adjusted as your body responds. We run InBody body composition scans so progress is measured as more than a number on a scale.

Clear pricing, no insurance

We are a cash-pay clinic and do not bill insurance. That means no prior authorizations, no claims, and no surprise bill three weeks later. Our prices are published on every treatment page, and consultations are always free — whether or not you decide to start treatment.

Our team

Our medical director is Kent Cohen, MD, FACEP, who oversees clinical care and protocols. Jena Bryant, APRN, FNP-BC works with patients day to day across hormone therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy and IV therapy. Ariel Lopez, our licensed esthetician, leads our aesthetics services.

What we offer

Medical weight loss with GLP-1 medications is the largest part of our practice. We also provide testosterone replacement therapy for men, hormone therapy for women through perimenopause and menopause, peptide therapy, IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, and aesthetic skin treatments.

“Balanced Bodies” is a shared brand used by several independently owned clinics across metro Atlanta. Our Marietta clinic at 3451 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW, Ste 160 is owned and operated by Balanced Bodies Wellness Cobb, LLC.
