Getting Here From Kennesaw

Take Barrett Parkway west and stay on it. We’re at the far western end, in the shopping center where Barrett Parkway meets Dallas Highway (GA-120), with The Home Depot immediately to the east and IHOP just south in the same complex. If you reach Target or Chick-fil-A on the south side of Dallas Highway, you’ve gone one intersection too far.

Coming from the Old 41 side of Kennesaw is slightly quicker in traffic — 6.3 miles against 7.1 straight down Barrett. Either way it’s about 15 minutes.

Full directions, hours and parking are on our clinic location page.

What You’ll Pay

Our pricing is published and doesn’t change based on where you drive from:

  • Semaglutide — $50 per weekly injection at doses up to 1 mg, or $199 per month
  • Tirzepatide — $70 per weekly injection at doses up to 5 mg, or $249 per month

Both include medication, provider visits, lab work and InBody scans. No consultation fee, no enrollment fee, no annual commitment. See the full price list.

Why 15 Minutes Changes What We Can Do

Acworth and Dallas patients are nearly half an hour out, so we build their plans around telehealth and one monthly visit. Kennesaw is close enough that we don’t have to work that way.

Come in as often as it’s useful. Monthly is the minimum we ask for, not the maximum. If you want a mid-cycle InBody scan during a plateau, or you’re adjusting doses and would rather be seen, the drive isn’t a reason to skip it.

Walk-in IVs are realistic. A hydration or recovery drip is a 20-minute trip from most of Kennesaw. Patients on a weight loss plan who need fluids during a rough dose week often just come in.

Labs don’t need their own trip. We draw in office. If you’d rather use LabCorp, that works too, but at 6.3 miles most Kennesaw patients just do it here while they’re in the chair.

The scan is still the point. When weight comes off quickly, some of what you lose is muscle rather than fat, and a bathroom scale reports both the same way. The InBody reading splits them, and that’s what decides whether we hold your dose, raise it, or leave the medication alone and fix your protein intake first.

If you’re already training. Swift-Cantrell Park on Old 41 — the same road most of you take to get here — has a one-mile asphalt perimeter loop, a half-mile inner loop, and an outdoor fitness station across 42 acres. Holding onto the muscle you’ve built is something we plan around rather than notice afterward.

How It Works

You start with a free consultation. We go through your history, your medications and what you’ve already tried. Labs are drawn here or at LabCorp, and we take a baseline InBody body composition scan. Your provider then builds a plan — or tells you we’re not the right fit, which happens and which we’d rather say at the consultation than afterwards.

After that, you inject at home once a week. We ask Kennesaw patients to come in about once a month so we can repeat the InBody scan and see whether what you’re losing is fat or muscle — a home scale can’t tell you that, and it’s the main thing that separates a monitored program from a prescription service. Check-ins between those visits can be done by telehealth.

Prescribing is done by Jena Bryant, APRN, FNP-BC under nurse protocol agreement with our medical director, Kent Cohen, MD, FACEP. The semaglutide and tirzepatide we dispense are compounded by licensed 503A pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products and are not the brand-name versions.
