Why Men Drive Here Instead of Using an Online TRT Service
The online services are cheaper per month on the sticker, and for some men they are fine. The reason patients from Kennesaw come in anyway usually comes down to three things.
Someone draws your blood and someone reads it. Testosterone therapy requires monitoring — not just testosterone, but haematocrit, PSA where appropriate, and oestradiol. Rising haematocrit is the most common reason a man needs his dose changed, and you cannot find it without a blood draw. We draw here, or at LabCorp if that’s easier. At 6.3 miles, most Kennesaw patients just do it here.
Your dose is set by a provider who has met you. Not a questionnaire, and not a protocol applied to everyone at the same milligram.
If testosterone isn’t your problem, we will tell you. Fatigue, low libido and brain fog have plenty of causes that aren’t hormonal — thyroid, sleep apnoea, depression, iron, medication side effects. A service that only sells testosterone has no reason to look for them. We’d rather spend the free consultation finding out than put you on a medication you’ll be taking for years.
Getting Here From Kennesaw
Take Barrett Parkway west and stay on it. We’re at the far western end, in the shopping center where Barrett Parkway meets Dallas Highway (GA-120), with The Home Depot immediately to the east and IHOP just south in the same complex. If you reach Target or Chick-fil-A on the south side of Dallas Highway, you’ve gone one intersection too far.
Coming from the Old 41 side of Kennesaw is slightly quicker in traffic — 6.3 miles against 7.1 straight down Barrett. Either way it’s about 15 minutes.
Parking is free and surface-level, directly in front of the suite. We’re at 3451 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW, Ste 160, Marietta, GA 30064. Call (678) 919-4845. We’re open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Full directions, hours and parking are on our clinic location page.
Driving from elsewhere in the area? We also have TRT pages for Acworth, Powder Springs and Dallas.
Not sure testosterone is the right route? Enclomiphene raises your own production instead and preserves fertility — worth reading if you may want children.

What You’ll Pay
$100 per month, which covers your testosterone medication, provider visits as often as your plan needs, baseline and ongoing lab work, and dose adjustments.
No consultation fee, no enrollment fee, no annual commitment. Our full price list is published — including women’s hormone therapy from $80/month if you’re asking on behalf of a partner, which happens more than you’d think.
How this compares to an online service. Most telehealth TRT subscriptions quote a lower monthly figure and then bill labs separately. Ours are included. Before you compare prices, ask the other service what their bloodwork costs and how often they repeat it.
How It Works
You start with a free consultation. We go through your symptoms, your history and anything you’re already taking. Blood is drawn — here or at LabCorp — and we need a morning sample, because testosterone runs on a daily cycle and an afternoon reading can be misleading. We confirm low testosterone on two separate morning draws before prescribing, which is the standard of care and is also why we won’t write you a prescription on day one.
If your labs confirm testosterone deficiency and treatment is appropriate, your provider builds a plan and we recheck your levels at six weeks, then quarterly.
Prescribing is done by Jena Bryant, APRN, FNP-BC under nurse protocol agreement with our medical director, Kent Cohen, MD, FACEP.
Whether TRT helps, and by how much, varies between patients. Improvement in energy, mood, concentration or body composition is not guaranteed, and these symptoms can have causes unrelated to testosterone.

No. We have one clinic, in Marietta at 3451 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW, Ste 160 — about 15 minutes from Kennesaw via Old 41 Highway and Barrett Parkway. There is no separate Kennesaw pricing.
$100 per month at our Marietta clinic, including medication, provider visits and lab monitoring. No insurance is billed and there is no membership fee.
No referral is needed. The consultation is free and includes working out whether testing makes sense for you. We confirm low testosterone on morning lab work before prescribing anything.
After your initial labs and starting dose, most patients are seen at six weeks and then quarterly. Check-ins between those visits can be done by telehealth. At about 15 minutes from Kennesaw, most patients prefer to come in.
Not here. Testosterone is a controlled substance, and prescribing it without confirmed low levels is neither good medicine nor something we will do. If a service has offered you that, it is worth asking what else they are skipping.
Then we tell you, and we look at what else might explain how you feel. That might be thyroid, sleep, iron, blood sugar or something that needs a referral elsewhere. You will not leave with a testosterone prescription you do not need.
