What We Treat With

Sildenafil and tadalafil. These are the two medications most men come in for, and they work for the majority. Ours are FDA-approved generics obtained through a national pharmaceutical wholesaler — not compounded preparations, and not the unregulated product sold online as a “research chemical.” Your provider selects between them based on how long you want the effect to last, your other medications, and how you tolerate each.

Testosterone replacement, where your labs support it. If low testosterone is contributing, treating it can help — but it is rarely the whole answer on its own, and we will tell you if we do not think it is your problem. See men’s TRT at $100 a month.

PT-141. A peptide that acts on desire pathways in the brain rather than on blood flow, which makes it a different tool for a different problem. It is prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. It is not an FDA-approved product for this use and has not been reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness as compounded. Your provider goes through what that means before prescribing.

We do not offer shockwave therapy or implants. If that is what you need, we will say so and point you to a urologist.

Why We Test First

Erectile dysfunction is a symptom, not a diagnosis, and the cause changes what should happen next.

The arteries involved are narrow, which means they often show trouble before the larger vessels do. Cardiology recognises erectile dysfunction as a potential early marker of vascular disease — sometimes appearing years ahead of any other sign. Diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnoea, thyroid problems and a long list of common medications all produce it too, and several of those are worth finding regardless of what you came in for.

So your free consultation covers your history and your full medication list, and your provider decides what testing is appropriate. That may include testosterone, blood sugar, lipids, thyroid and a metabolic panel.

A prescription that works while the cause goes unexamined is a missed opportunity, and occasionally a missed diagnosis. That is the difference between this and a subscription that mails you tablets.

Safety: What Your Provider Needs to Know

Nitrates. PDE5 medications must not be combined with nitrates in any form — nitroglycerin, isosorbide, or recreational “poppers.” The combination can cause a severe, dangerous drop in blood pressure. Tell your provider about everything you take, including anything occasional.

Heart disease. Sexual activity places demand on the heart. If you have significant cardiovascular disease, unstable angina, or have had a recent cardiac event, your provider may want you evaluated before prescribing.

Other interactions. Alpha-blockers, some blood pressure medications and certain antifungals and antivirals all interact. This is routine to work around, but only if we know.

Seek urgent care for an erection lasting more than four hours, or for sudden vision or hearing loss after taking these medications.

A free consultation does not guarantee a prescription. If treatment is not appropriate for you, we will explain why.

Getting Started

Your first visit is a free consultation at our Marietta clinic. We go through your symptoms, your history, your medications and what you are hoping to change. Your provider determines what testing makes sense, and labs can be drawn here or at LabCorp.

We are cash-pay and do not bill insurance, so there are no claims, no prior authorizations and no bill arriving weeks later. Pricing for medication is given at your consultation before you commit to anything, because it depends on the medication, the dose and the quantity.
