What We Treat
Four service lines, and most Paulding patients end up on two of them.
- Medical Weight Loss — semaglutide or tirzepatide, prescribed and titrated by a provider who has seen your labs and your scan. Refills and dose changes happen remotely.
- Testosterone Replacement Therapy — we test before we treat, then monitor on a schedule rather than a renewal date.
- Hormone Therapy — men and women, including perimenopause and menopause care, pellets, and compounded protocols.
- IV Therapy — hydration, recovery, and nutrient drips. Easy to stack onto a visit you’re already making.
Closer to the Cobb side? We have pages for Acworth, Kennesaw, and Powder Springs.
Also for Dallas patients: testosterone replacement therapy, $100/month and hormone therapy for women, from $80/month.
Getting Here from Dallas
The road is named after you. Dallas Highway — GA-120 — runs east out of Paulding County and ends at the intersection where our clinic sits, at Ernest W. Barrett Parkway. You can’t really miss it: stay on 120 until it stops.
The route is E Paulding Drive to GA-120 east, about 27 minutes and 14.6 miles. Charles Hardy Parkway to GA-120 is the same 27 minutes and slightly shorter at 13.9 miles. Due West Road NW is the scenic option at 30 minutes.
We’re at 3451 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW, Ste 160, Marietta, GA 30064, with The Home Depot immediately east and an IHOP in the same complex. If you’ve reached Target or Chick-fil-A on the south side of Dallas Highway, you’ve gone one light too far. Call (678) 919-4845. We’re open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Parking is free and surface-level, directly in front of the suite. No deck, no validation.
What You’ll Pay
Posted pricing, because you’re driving a long way and you deserve to know the number first.
- Semaglutide — from $199/month
- Tirzepatide — from $249/month
- Consultation — free
- InBody scans — included, every visit
No membership fee, no enrollment fee, no annual contract. We don’t bill insurance for weight loss medication; most Georgia plans don’t cover it, and we’d rather keep the price low than chase a denial.

Crossing the County Line Is a Real Decision
There are weight loss options inside Paulding County, and some of them are closer. Here’s what you’re actually trading 27 minutes for.
A clinician sets your dose, not a protocol sheet. Every plan here is written and adjusted by a licensed provider working from your bloodwork and your body composition. Nobody is following a standard escalation schedule and calling it personalization.
The scan is the whole argument for coming in. When weight comes off quickly, some of it is muscle — and a bathroom scale can’t tell you which. The monthly InBody reading splits fat from lean mass, and that one number decides whether we hold your dose, increase it, or leave the medication alone and fix your protein intake instead. There’s no remote version of that measurement.
Everything else is remote. Dose questions, side effects, refills, and check-ins happen by phone or video. You make one trip a month, not four.
One trip, stacked. If you need labs, an IV, or a hormone follow-up, we book them against your scan so Paulding patients aren’t driving out twice in the same month.
For people who already train. Paulding has better trail access than it gets credit for — Pickett’s Mill Battlefield on Mt. Tabor Church Road keeps its trails open seven days a week. If you’re walking, hiking, or lifting through your program, holding onto that muscle is something we plan for rather than notice afterward.
How It Works
Start remote. Your free consultation can be a video visit. We go through your history, your medications, what you’ve tried, and what you’re actually trying to change.
Come in once to get baselined. Labs and your first InBody scan happen here. This is the visit that makes everything after it remote.
Get your prescription. If medication fits, you leave with a dose and a schedule. Most people start inside of a week.
Back once a month. A short visit for the scan. Everything between visits we handle without you getting in the car.
Who You’ll See
Every plan at Balanced Bodies is written by a licensed provider and reviewed at each visit. You see the same team each month — there’s no rotating roster and no handoff to a coach.
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved and are not generic equivalents of Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound.
Meet the providers who’ll be managing your care.

About 27 minutes and 14.6 miles. Take E Paulding Drive to Dallas Highway (GA-120) east and stay on it — our clinic is at the intersection where 120 meets Ernest W. Barrett Parkway, next to The Home Depot. Charles Hardy Parkway to GA-120 is the same drive time and marginally shorter. Parking is free and right in front of the suite.
Almost. The consultation can be remote, and so can every dose adjustment, refill, and check-in after that. What we ask for is one short in-person visit a month for an InBody body composition scan. That scan is what tells us whether the weight you’re losing is fat or muscle, and dosing decisions depend on knowing the difference. If a month comes up where the drive isn’t possible, tell us and we’ll work with you — but we’re not going to tell you remote-only is the same standard of care, because it isn’t.
Semaglutide starts at $199 per month and tirzepatide at $249 per month, including your medication, provider visits, and InBody scans. The consultation is free. No membership fee, no enrollment fee, no annual contract. Higher doses cost more and we’ll quote you the exact figure before you move up.
We don’t bill insurance for weight loss medication. Most Georgia plans either exclude GLP-1s for weight loss outright or require a prior authorization that gets denied. Our cash price is usually below what patients pay out of pocket after a denial, and you’ll know the number before you start.
Fair question, and sometimes the answer is that you shouldn’t — if a closer clinic has a licensed provider reviewing your labs and measuring body composition monthly, distance should win. What we’d tell you to check is who sets your dose, whether anyone runs bloodwork before prescribing, and whether progress is tracked by anything other than a scale. If the answers are a coordinator, no, and no, that’s the gap the drive is buying you.
Yes, and for Paulding patients we actively schedule it that way so you’re making one trip instead of several. Hormone optimization pairs well with weight loss in particular — low testosterone or an underactive thyroid can be part of why the weight stopped moving in the first place. Your provider will flag it if your labs point that direction.
