Wellness Clinic in West Cobb
Every other clinic in this market asks West Cobb patients to drive somewhere else. We are already here — at the western end of Ernest W Barrett Parkway, where it meets Dallas Highway (GA-120), in the plaza with The Home Depot.
Hormone therapy from $80 a month. Men’s TRT from $100. Semaglutide from $199 and tirzepatide from $249, with labs, provider visits and InBody body composition scans included. Consultations are free and we don’t bill insurance.
If you live off Macland, Due West, Lost Mountain, Kemp or anywhere along the Dallas Highway corridor, this is the closest provider-led longevity clinic to you. That matters more than it sounds like it should, and the next section explains why.

What We Treat, All in West Cobb
One location, one team, published pricing on every service. Most West Cobb patients end up combining two of these, which is a lot easier when the clinic is already on your side of the county.
Medical weight loss · semaglutide $199/mo · tirzepatide $249/mo · TRT $100/mo · women’s hormone therapy from $80/mo · peptide therapy from $99/mo · IV therapy · vitamin injections · medical aesthetics
Not sure which one you need? That is what the free consultation is for. We look at labs and body composition before recommending anything, and if nothing we offer will help you, we will say so.
Coming from further out? We also have pages for Kennesaw, Acworth, Powder Springs and Dallas.
Why Being In West Cobb Changes the Care
This is not a convenience argument. Hormone therapy and GLP-1 weight loss both work the same way: start a dose, see how you respond, adjust. The adjusting is where the result comes from, and it is the part that quietly gets skipped when the clinic is a half-hour drive or an app on your phone.
When we are ten minutes away, a dose that is not sitting right gets sorted out this week instead of at the next scheduled call. You come in for a monthly InBody scan without rearranging your day around it. You get seen by the same provider each time, who remembers what we changed last visit and why.
That is the entire argument for choosing a local clinic over a telehealth subscription, and in West Cobb we are the ones who are local.

What Being This Close Actually Lets You Do
Our Acworth and Dallas patients are nearly half an hour out, so we build their plans around telehealth with one monthly visit. West Cobb patients don’t have to work that way, and most don’t.
Come in as often as it’s useful. Monthly is the minimum we ask for, not the maximum. If you want a mid-cycle InBody scan during a plateau, or you’re adjusting doses and would rather be seen, the drive isn’t a reason to skip it.
Walk-in IVs are realistic. A hydration or recovery drip is a short trip from most of West Cobb. Patients on a weight loss plan who need fluids during a rough dose week often just come in.
Labs don’t need their own trip. We draw in office. If you’d rather use LabCorp that works too, but most West Cobb patients just do it here while they’re in the chair.
The scan is still the point. When weight comes off quickly, some of what you lose is muscle rather than fat, and a bathroom scale reports both the same way. The InBody reading splits them, and that’s what decides whether we hold your dose, raise it, or leave the medication alone and fix your protein intake first.
You can start the same week. We schedule by day rather than by appointment time, so you come in whenever suits you between 9am and 5pm on your scheduled day.
How It Works
You start with a free consultation. We go through your history, your medications and what you’ve already tried. Labs are drawn here or at LabCorp, and we take a baseline InBody body composition scan. Your provider then builds a plan — or tells you you’re not the right fit, which happens, and which we’d rather say at the consultation than afterwards.
After that, you inject at home once a week. We ask West Cobb patients to come in about once a month so we can repeat the InBody scan and see whether what you’re losing is fat or muscle. Follow-up labs happen on a schedule that depends on what you’re taking. Between visits you can reach us on Spruce.
Care is provided by Jena Bryant, APRN, FNP-BC, working under nurse protocol agreement with Kent Cohen, MD, FACEP, our medical director. You see the same provider each visit.
Who We Are
Balanced Bodies opened in October 2025. The clinic exists because healthcare as most of us experience it is built to treat disease once it has arrived, rather than to help you avoid it — and because the tools to do the second thing already exist and mostly aren’t being offered.
We’re independently owned and operated by Balanced Bodies Wellness Cobb, LLC under license. Other Balanced Bodies clinics around metro Atlanta are separate businesses with their own teams. This is the West Cobb one.

About once a month, for the InBody scan and a check-in with your provider. That’s the minimum we ask for, not a cap — being ten minutes away means you can come in more often if a dose needs adjusting or you’ve hit a plateau. Once you’re settled on hormone therapy, most patients drop to a couple of visits a year with telehealth in between.
Online services are fine at sending medication. What they can’t do is put a body composition scan in front of your provider, draw your labs the same visit, or look at you. On a GLP-1 that matters, because losing weight fast often means losing muscle too, and a home scale reports both the same way. We also offer telehealth — it just isn’t the whole relationship.
Yes. We treat perimenopause and menopause in women — hot flashes, night sweats, sleep that breaks at 3am, brain fog, mood changes, low libido — and low testosterone in men. Both start with labs and a conversation, not a prescription, and for some patients the right answer turns out to be a non-hormonal one. See hormone therapy for women and men’s TRT, or read our write-up of what the WHI study actually found if you’ve been told hormone therapy is dangerous.
Start by asking three questions of whoever you used: who set your dose, and was progress tracked by anything other than a scale. Here the answers are a licensed provider, yes, and a monthly body composition scan. If your last program stalled or left you feeling worse than when you started, bring the medication name and the dose you were on to your consult — it’s free, and it tells us a lot about where to begin.
